Updated Quadcopter Description:
This Quadcopter has the following active components apart from basic drone electric components: Pixhawk 2.4.8 Drone Flight Controller [that includes MPU6000 as main accel and gyro, ST Micro 16-bit gyroscope, ST Micro 14-bit accelerometer/compass (magnetometer), MEAS barometer], NEO-M8N GPS Module with Compass, the ultrasonic sensor for object avoidance system, Raspberry Pi 4 as a programming board, OV5647 5MP Raspberry Pi Camera module for object detection, Hawkeye FIREFLY Q6 4K FPV camera, Mini OSD, FPV system, radio telemetry, Optical Flow Sensor for indoor/GPS-denied environment navigation.
Completely 3D printed foldable quadcopter base design working model
Designing & 3D Printing:
Design the Quadcopter frame and foldable assembly in Autodesk Fusion 360, Slicing the CAD Design parts with Ultimaker Cura, and Printing the design with creality ender 3 Pro FDM 3D Printer. Design printed with ABS+ filament because of its high impact resistance and high heat tolerance properties and also use TPU for reduce motor vibration.
Quadcopter unfolding & assembly:
As a Quadcopter have a compact design, you can carry it after folding and at the time of use, you can unfold it.
Actually, the drone can unfold and assemble within 5 minutes. (in case you disassemble it, otherwise, it will unfold in a few seconds of time)
Flight controller and electronic parts testing:
After long efforts on electronic parts parameter calculation and programming, all electronic stuff working perfectly, and archive good stability will position hold and it is ready for aerial photography.
